I had to send them my phone, but their turn around time was one day on their end.

I couldn't be more pleased that I'm able to keep my phone and also be on the ST Verizon network; I now have great signal at my home that I haven't had in years. am currently in a Verizon contract which I am going to drop very soon.

I just learned from a chat line with Verizon that their own pre-paid plan service does not use their regular network, so if the phone is 4G, it will not work.

I don't know where you got your info but every Verizon phone I have had used a sim card. gotta remember technology is always changing so what may be true at one point may not be true later I've owned samsung/ Verizon phones for years! Unfortunately, when Verizon decided a 10 year customer had no right to demand a better service package, like new customers were offered, I dropped them !!! Other straight talk verizon phones are due to be released soon on verizon network keep your eyes open! Depending on the phone you buy it could be AT&T towers or Verizon Towers.I don't know where you got your info but every Verizon phone I have had used a sim card. gotta remember technology is always changing so what may be true at one point may not be true later Straight talk now offers a 4g lte phone on verizons network. On the bottom of the phone packages they will display either CDMA V that is a phone that runs of verizon towers or CDMA A for AT&T towers.every Verizon phone I have had through straighttalk has been a CDMA phone (no sim card) apparently this is a new thing of Verizon offering sim cards? I also noticed that the Galaxy III runs off verizon towers and the Galaxy S4 is AT&T.When you look at put in a zip of a area that ONLY verizon works in that area like Spring City, TN 37381. Billie9853 ur an idiot, Google this straight talk does not run on verizon towers, i have looked into it, straight talk misleads and there smart for doing so when verizon is one of the top competitors in the cellular industry, but they do lie, they run off at&t/t-mobile network, as those are the only two providers who require sim cards to run on there phones and who also cover gsm which is sim card based only....If it has a "C" in the model number it's verizon or if it's an android it will have a RED verizon map. I am currently in a Verizon contract which I am going to drop very soon. At some wal mart stores 9, decent phone for people that want good speed reliable signal and a 45$ 3 gig of data.
